How It Happened
Boston College swept Rhode Island (1-4) Saturday evening, winning all six singles matches in straight sets.

Freshman Sydney Chratian played Rhode Island's strongest match. Competing at No. 6 singles, Chratian dropped the first set 6-3. In the second set, she battled to a tiebreaker before falling to Marion Conklin, 6-3, 7-6 (5).
