vs. Massachusetts – 13-90-1
Last season, UMass swept a competitive doubleheader. The Minutewomen took Game One, 9-5, in nine innings, then held Rhody off for a 5-3 win. Over the last 10 games in the series, Rhode Island is 0-9-1, with the lone tie coming in a 2-2 game in 2014. Rhody's last victory over UMass came in 2002, when the Rams beat UMass 1-0 in the Atlantic 10 tournament.
vs. La Salle – 20-26
Rhode Island is looking to snap a nine-game losing streak against La Salle, dating back to 2013. The teams are playing for the first time since 2017, when La Salle swept a three-game series to close out the season. The Explorers won four games that seasons, as Rhody also saw them at the Liberty Softball Classic, a 6-4 contest.
- Freshman Ari Castillo leads Rhode Island with 45 hits. With eight games remaining on the schedule, she is trying to be the first Rams since 2012 to reach 50 hits in a season. Courtney Prendergast had 59 and Brittany Julich had 54 in 2012.
- Sophomore Hannah DeSousa has a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage. She has 98 putouts and five assists without committing an error.
- Freshmen Susan Harrison and Faith Musselwhite are both tied for sixth among Atlantic 10 players with seven home runs.
- Senior Becca Rogers needs 12 strikeouts to tie Sam Before (2011-14) for second place in strikeouts in program history. Before had 370, while Rogers has 358.
