Moran Takes Fourth at Holy Cross Decathlon

WORCESTER, MASS. - URI junior Jacob Moran took home fourth place with a total score of 6249 in the Holy Cross Decathlon this afternoon. Trent Baltzell, a former Rhody track & field athlete, running unattached placed first overall in the 19 competitor field. Baltzell totaled 7153 points in the two-day, ten event competition.

Next Up

Moran will join the rest of his Rhody track & field teammates when the team heads to the prestigious Penn relays this weekend hosted by Princeton University. Events get started tomorrow from Weaver Stadium on the campus of the Tigers at 2:30 p.m.
