After Day One of Holy Cross Decathlon, Moran Sits Fourth

WORCESTER, MASS. - Rhode Island track & field junior Jacob Moran sits in fourth place out of 19 competitors after day one of the Holy Cross decathlon. Moran complied 3337 total points through the first five events of the two-day, 10 event competition.

Trent Baltzell, competing unattached is your current leader with 3582 total points. Rounding out the top three is a pair of Umass teammates, freshman Jonathan Collins is second (3419) and senior Nichols Ingham is third (3344).

Day Two

Moran will return to Holy Cross tomorrow to complete the remaining five events in the decathlon. The day gets started at 11 a.m. with 110 meter hurdles.
