How it Happened
For the first time this season, Rhode Island was held scoreless in a 1-0 loss at Saint Louis Saturday night. The Billikens' defense held Rhody to just seven shots, only two of which were on frame.
SLU finally broke the deadlock in the 83rd minute with Leo Novaes snuck a shot inside the near post off a cross from John Klein. The Rams were unable to get a shot off through the remainder of regulation as Saint Louis held on for the 1-0 win.
