How It Happened
Rhode Island collected its second win in a row on Monday, defeating Colgate by a score of 5-2. The Rams first captured the doubles point with Taylor Holden and Anna Peacock posting an 8-0 win at the first position and Kathleen Uy and Nithila Asokaraj picking up an 8-3 victory at No. 2.

Peacock earned the first singles win of the day, downing her opponent at No. 3 by a score of 6-3, 6-0. Jordan Rucks followed with a 6-3, 6-2 win at the fifth position before Uy sealed the victory for Rhody with a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 2. Holden got the Rams their fifth point of the afternoon with a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 1
