2010: Placed 53rd to start the 2010 season at the BC Invitational... Finished 23rd at the CCSU/Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 19:15... Placed 89th at the New England Championships... Finished 24th at the Brown Invitational with at time of 18:39.6... Ran to a 42nd place finish at the A-10 Championships.

2009: Opened the 2009 campaign with an 18th place finish at the Bryant XC Invitational... Won the Hartford Invitational with a time of 18:54... Finished 6th at the CCSU/Ted Owen Invitational as URI claimed the event... Crossed the finish line in 56th place at the New England Championship.

2007-08: Led URI runners with a 23rd-place finish (18:51) at Central Connecticut Invitational (5k) ... finished 18th overall (19:51.1) and first amongst URI athletes at Quinnipiac Invitational (5k) ... placed 38th (20:20.0) to lead URI at Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship (5k) ... recorded a 53rd-place finish (18:54.2) at Albany XC Invitational (5k) ... led URI runners with an 80th-place finish (19:47) at New England Championships (5k) ... placed 133rd (23:18.90) at NCAA Northeast Regional Championship (6k).

High School: Member of the track and cross country teams at North Kingston, helping them to a class, division, and state championship in cross country in 2006 and 2007 ... outdoor track MVP ... recipient of Principal's Sportsmanship Award ... all-state for cross country and outdoor track and all-class and all-division for outdoor and indoor track.
