ST. LOUIS - The Rhode Island women's volleyball team (10-17; 3-11 Atlantic 10) dropped its final road match of the season as it fell 3-0 to Saint Louis Friday night.

Freshman Rachel Zarazan led the way offensively for the Rams as she totaled six kills. Fellow URI rookie Annie Nelson also chipped in with 14 assists.

Defensively for URI, junior Kalyn Klaess posted a team-best 13 digs.

Saint Louis opened the match with a 25-7 victory in game one. In the second set, URI jumped out to a 2-1 lead, but the Billikens scored seven unanswered points to take an 8-2 lead as they went on to claim a 25-12 victory.

The Billikens closed out the match in the third set as it claimed a 25-16 victory.

Rhody returns to action on Sunday at it welcomes Fordham to Keaney Gymnasium for Senior Day. The match is set to begin at 3 p.m.
