EUGENE - Recent Rhode Island graduate and 2009 All-American Jasmine Jennings finished 10th overall in the senior women's hammer at the USA Track & Field Outdoor Championships, held this weekend in Eugene, Ore.

Jennings' top mark came in the second round as she threw for a season-best 62.69-meters (205 feet, 8 inches). The toss placed her two spots behind former Rhody assistant coach Kristal Yush, who finished eighth overall (63.71m/209-00).
