2004-2005:
At the Brown Invitational on December 4, 2004 placed second in the 200m posting a New England qualifying mark of 25.46, and placed third in the 55m with a time of 7.46 seconds, and in addition placed second in the 4x400 with a time of 3:57.40 with teammates Woodbury, Strysko, and Price ... Had two frist place invdividual finishes at the URI New Year Classic (Jan. 7) in the 55m (7.40) and in the 200m (25.57) ... Was also part of the 4x400 team that claimed first with their time of 3:54.31 ... Took first in the 200m (26.19) and third in the 55m (7.54) ... Part of the 4x200 team that took first with a time of 1:42.19, a Brown facility record and ranks second best in URI history ... Posted a season best at the GoRhody Invitational placing fourth in the 55m dash with a time of 7.36, took first in the 200m with a time of 25.33 and was third leg of the 4x400m which posted a first place finish in a time of 3:53.42 ... Took first in the 200m with a time of 25.41, placed fourth in the 55m in a time of 7.48, and was a part of the 4x400m relay that took first in a time of 3:51.83 at the URI Invitational (Feb. 5) ... Finished second in the 200m with a time of 25.25, was part of the 4x400m relay that broke the A10 record with a time of 3:50.25, also finished seventh 55m dash at the A10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 19) ... Was part of the 4x400m relay that set a New England Championship record and URI record finishing first with a time of 3:44.83 qualifying for ECAC's, and also took third in the 200m with an ECAC qualifying time of 24.90 which is good for the second best Rhode Island mark all-time at the New England Championships (Feb. 16) ... Was part of the 4x400m relay that took seventh place with a time of 3:47.33 (third best URI mark all-time) and also finished 21st in the 200m on Day 1 in the preliminaries with a time of 25.77 at the ECAC Championships (March 6) ... Was part of the 4x100m relay which finished 11th in a time of 49.39 and the 4x400m relay that placed ninth with a time of 3:57.85 at the South Florida Invit. (April 2) ... Was part of the 4x100m relay which took first in a time of 47.66 and was part of the 4x400m relay that placed second with a time of 3:51.46 at the UConn Invitational (April 9) ... Ran a season best time in the 100m placing sixth in a time of 12.57 and took third in the 400m with a season best time of 25.15, also was part of the 4x100m relay that placed second in a time of 47.56 and the 4x400m relay which finished third in a time of 3:52.16 at the Brown Invitational (April 16) ... Won the 200m in a time of 25.36 and was part of the 4x100m relay that placed frist in a time of 47.85, also was part of the 4x400m relay that placed first in a time of 4:12.33 at the Brown Invitational (May 1) ... Advanced to the final competition in the 100m with a time of 12.41 and placed fourth with a time of 12.24 in the finals, placed second in the 200m, also was part of the 4x100m and 4x400m relays with both placed first with times of 47.45 and 3:49.55 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 8) ...

2001-2002:
The 2002 Atlantic 10 Indoor Champion in the 200 with a time of 25.40 ... Also finished 4th in the 55 with a time of 7.23 and was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie Performer of the Meet ... Competed at both the New England Championship and the ECAC championship ... Earned an Atlantic 10 rookie of the week citation for the week of12/5/01 ... Outdoors, took 5th in the 100 (12.32) and 3rd in the 200 (25.00) to help lead team to its first outdoor Atlantic 10 crown.

High School:
Captained the indoor and outdoor track and field teams in 2000 and 2001 ... The New York State Class "B" State Champion in the 100 and 200 meters...Named team and conference MVP in 2001.
