2008 Outdoor: NCAA qualifier in the hammer throw... Defending NCAA East Regional champion in the hammer throw... Won the regional event with a throw of 205 feet, 6 inches (June 3)... Owns the school record in the hammer throw (206-5)... Won the hammer throw (190-0) crown at the New England Championships (May 9)... Captured the hammer throw title at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 3) smashing the meet record with a toss of 202-1, which surpassed the previous standard of 179-5 held by former URI thrower Michelle Fournier (1997)... Finished second at the ECAC Championships (May 18) in the hammer throw (196-10)... Placed seventh and eight in the hammer throw and shot put, respectively at the prestigious Penn Relays (April 24). Opened the outdoor season with a first-place finish in the hammer throw at the Hurricane Invitational (March 22) with a mark of 190-7... Took first in the hammer throw at the Connecticut Invitational (April 5) finishing with a distance of 177-2. 2007-08 Indoor: Won the weight throw and broke her won school record, with a toss of 65 feet, 2 inches at the ECAC Championships (March 9)... Captured the weight throw title at the New England Championships (Feb. 29) after posting a performance of 61-7.75 ... Posted a pair of top five finishes at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 16), finishing second in the weight throw (61-4.75) and third in the shot put (44-4)... Swept both throwing events at the URI Invitational (Feb. 2) as she posted winning marks of 42-2 in the shot put and 59-7.75 in the weight throw... Earned the Rams' only first-place finish at the Paul Turner Select Meet (Jan. 26) as she claimed the top spot in the weight throw with a toss of 60-7.25... Won the weight throw (60-1) at the Sorlein Memorial Invitational (Jan. 19)... Swept both the throwing events at the URI New Year Classic (Jan. 11) winning the shot (41-5) and weight throw (56-3)... Opened the year with a winning mark of 61-0 in the weight throw at the Brown Invitational (Dec. 1)... Jennings' mark in the weight throw tied the school record at the time. 2006-07: Won weight throw (52-10.75) at URI New Year Classic ... placed second in weight throw (52-06.50) at Alden Invitational ... fourth in shot put with a personal-best throw of 40-05.00 and fifth in weight throw (46-01.25) at Harvard Invitational. 2004-05: Attended Comm. College of Rhode Island ... Division III National Champion (Hammer) and First Team All-America ... named Most Valuable Field Athlete at NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship ... R.I. Girls Track Coaches Association Most Valuable Performer - Field Events (outdoor) ... recipient of Joe Andre Student-Athlete Scholarship Award (outdoor) ... placed 14th in hammer at USA Jr. Outdoor Track & Field Championship ... two-time Second Team All-America selection in weight throw and placed sixth in shot put at NJCAA National Indoor Championships ... received Most Valuable Athlete Award for women's track & field at CCRI. High School: Three-year member of indoor track & field team and two-year member of both outdoor track & field and volleyball teams ... served as captain of track teams as a senior (2003-04) ...
