The Rhode Island women's tennis team was defeated by UMass, 7-0, Wednesday afternoon in Amherst, Mass. Amanda Barletta and Pam Emery teamed up at No. 3 doubles to turn in Rhody's lone win of the match.

The Rhode Island tennis team kept its perfect record in tact with a 7-0 blanking of Monmouth, Sunday afternoon at The Prout School. The win improves the Rams' record to 3-0 on the season.
