High School:
Was a four-year member of the varsity tennis team and also played softball at North Providence High School... Captained her tennis team as a senior... Did not lose a set in four years of competition, setting a school record for most matches won (72-0 overall)... Was a three-time state championship and received All-Division and All-State First Team honors all four years... Also was named NBC 10's Athlete of the Week on two separate occasions.

Born April 15, 1990... Daughter of Lisa and Rick Emery, who was a member of the URI Track & Field team... Has an older sister, Kim... Majoring in Business.
