2011-12 (FRESHMAN): At Rhody's opening meet at Maine, earned sixth in the 200-yard freestyle (2:07.22) and the 500-yard freestyle (5:35.47)... In Rhode Island's eighth straight win over Springfield, earned fourth in the 1,000-yard freestyle (11:30.32) and fifth in the 100-yard freestyle (58.01).

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Algonquin Regional High School where she played soccer and ran track from 2007-08 and swam on the varsity team from 2007-11... Qualified for State all four years... Broke 200 and 400 free relay record 2010-11... Captained swim team 2010-11... MVP 2007-08 and 2010-11... Awarded Coach's Award 2009-10... Volunteered with The Special Olympics 2007-11 and was the high school yearbook editor.

PERSONAL: Daughter of John and Tricia Temte... Has a twin sister, Gwen, and a younger brother, Jimmy... Gwen attends the University of Delaware (2015)...
