Captained the team in 2001...A state qualifier in 2000 in the 200-meter intermediate and a state finalist in 2001 in the breaststroke and the butterfly...Named all-conference Indiana in 2000 (backstroke) and 2001 (breaststroke)...Also named all-Marion County in 1999 and 2000...Was the team MVP from 1998-2000...A member of the National Honor Society and was named academic all-state...Was also the school's valedictorian and received an academic honors diploma.
