Richele Hall enters her first year with the Rhode Island softball team in 2012 as an assistant coach, after spending the last year as a head coach and manager for the All American Road Runners U12 travel team.
Prior to that year, Hall was a graduate assistant softball coach from 2008-10 at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pa., where she earned her Master's in Business Administration, specializing in Management. During her time at the Division II institution, Hall primarily worked with infield and hitting instruction, as well as assisting the head coach in recruiting, practice planning and running clinics, to name a few responsibilities. Hall also ran a hitting clinic for the University.
At California University of PA, Hall was a softball camp counselor in 2009 and 2010, working with players on infield and outfield drills and hitting supervision. In 2007 and 2008, Hall was also a softball camp counselor at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. In 2007 and 2008, Hall was an intern with SWA and the compliance department at the NCAA Division I Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pa., where she earned her B.A. in Sports Administration in 2008, as well as minored in Business Administration, Management and Psychology.
Hall began her assistant coaching experience in 2005 with the Pittsburgh Spirit 18 and under travel team, where she was the infield specialist coach as well as the interim head coach in several games. The team went 54-11 on the season.
In 2003, Hall earned an athletic softball scholarship at Saint Francis University, where she started in 196 of 206 played games, at third base and catcher. In 2008 she and her teammates made the NEC Conference tournament for the first time in six years and that same year the team had 24 wins on the season; the most for the school since 2002.
