Fulkerson Earns A-10 Academic Honors

2008 A-10 Academic All-Conference Team 
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - University of Rhode Island rowing junior Karin Fulkerson (Amelia, Ohio) has been named to the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team.
Fulkerson is an ocean engineering major who holds a 3.580 GPA. She was a member of the URI first-place Lightweight 4 and Varsity 4 boats at the 2008 Atlantic 10 Championship, and also helped the Lightweight 4 place first at the Yankee Cup.
The Rams return to action this Sunday when they compete at the ECAC Metro Championship in New Jersey.
