Competed in Gymnastics and Cross Country as well as Rowing... Her Crew team won the state championships in 2001 and 2003... She was named the MVP for Rowing in 2004... She has competed at US Rowing Nationals and the Canadian Henley.

Whitney Elizabeth Phaup is the daughter of Russell and Susan... She has one sister, Lindsay... Her career goal is to be a Sports Nutritionist.
