High School:
Was a member of the basketball and cross country teams at Academy of the Holy Angels... Helped lead her team to the 2011 Bergen County and New Jersey State Finals in 2011... Team also advanced to the county finals in 2010 and the state finals in 2009... Averaged 14.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals in 11 games as a senior, before suffering a season-ending injury... Earned All-League and All-State honors as both a junior and senior... Was a member of the Student Athletic Association and the Black & Hispanic Cultural Society from 2007-11... Also sang in her church choir for 12 years.

Also has a cousin, Taja Edwards, who played basketball at Fresno State... Enjoys music and photography... Favorite team is the New York Knicks...
