2011 (SENIOR): Led the Rams and took 10th at the Trinity College Invitational (17:09), helping the team finish third of eight... Placed 24th at the Ted Owen CCSU Invitational on Sept. 24, finishing in 27:37... Paced Rhode Island at the New England Championship, finishing 117th (26:45)... Finished 28th overall (28:42.2) at the Brown-Rothenberg Invitational on Oct. 14... Paced the Rams for the third time of the season on Oct. 21 at the CCSU Short Course, finishing 25th overall in 16:07... Finished first for the Rams and 76th overall at the Atlantic 10 Championship.

2010 (JUNIOR): Placed 256th at the New England Championship... Finished the A-10 Championship in 85th place.

2009 (SOPHOMORE): Earned seventh at the Hartford Invitational with a time of 27:13.8... Placed 41st at the CCSU Mini Meet... Led all Rhody runners with a 68th place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championship.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended North Kingstown High School... Also apart of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams... Served as team captain in cross country, indoor and outdoor track... Coached by Charlie Breagy (Track) and Paul Tealtro (CC).

PERSONAL: Born December 18, 1989... Parents Bruce and Sandra... Has two brothers, Jeremy and Jacob, and two sisters, Rebekah and Rachel, all of whom attend URI... Interests include spear fishing, free diving, scuba diving and playing the bass guitar.
