2009 Outdoor: Took home first place in the discus throw (170-08), as well as seventh place in the hammer throw (163-09) at the Bryant Invitational (3/28) ...Finished second in the discus throw (165-01), seventh in the hammer throw (159-01), and eighth in the shot put (45-10.00) at the UConn Alumni Track and Field Invitational (3/28)...Finished seventh in the discus throw at the prestigious Penn Relays with a throw of 172-07, which was a season best (4/24)...Captured the Atlantic-10 title with a throw of 52.92 meters in the discus throw and added a seventh place finish in the hammer throw (51.44) at the Atlantic-10 Championships (5/3)...Collected another first place at the New England Outdoor Championships in the discus throw with a throw of 53.24 meters, and added a tenth place finish in the hammer throw (50.79m) (5/9)...Finished in fifth place in the discus throw at the IC4A Championships with a throw of 51.79 meters (5/15)...Placed tenth at the 2009 NCAA East Regional Championships with a throw of 51.95 meters

(2007-08) Indoor: Recorded a shot put of 14.47m at the Sorlien Invitational (Jan. 19)... Set a personal record (53-00) in the weight throw at the New England Championships (Feb. 29)... 2008 Outdoor: Took fourth and qualified for the New England and IC4A Championships with a Hammer throw of 174-04 at the Atlantic-10 Championships (May 4)... Placed eighth in the Hammer throw (169-10) at the New England Championships (May 10)... Placed second in the hammer throw (168-08) and set a personal record in winning the discus (172-11) at Holy Cross, qualifying Peterson for NCAA Regional competition (April 23)... Won the discus (171-05) at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 3-4) and the New England Championships with a throw of 166-10 (May 10)... Placed fourth in the discus throw at the IC4A Championships with a throw of 171-09 (May 18)... Finished 14th (166) in the discus at the NCAA East Regional (May 31).
