2004-2005: Indoors:Finished sixth in the 55 meter hurdles at the New England Championships..Won the 55 meter hurdles in a personal best of 7.75 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed third in the 55 meter hurdles at the Rhody Mega Meet..Finished fifth in the long jump in 22-2.5 at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games...Ran a 7.79 in the preliminaries of the 55 hurdles at the ICAAAA's...

High School:

Ran hurdles in track for Coach Syd Martin and named captain in 2003. Named All-League in the winter and spring of his Junior and Senior years. Awarded the CHSAA Championship Award in the spring of his Junior year and in the winter of his senior year.Participated in the Jazz Band, Symphonic Band and School Tours.

Personal:

Born on November 11, 1985 to Kennuth and Rosa Adams. Aspiring to become an Olympic Track and Field runner, as well as coach at the High School or college level. His hobbies include relaxing and playing video games. Most memorable experience was winning A-10's in the hurdles. He is currently a psychology major.
