Boston, Mass.-The men's meet came down to the last two events. With fist place finishes by John Proctor in the 200-yard IM and the Rhody 400-yard freestyle relay team the Rams took the decision 157-142. The women's team, however, was less fortunate as they suffered a loss to the terriers 213-80.

Freshman John Proctor (Ocala, Fla.), took fist place in three events, which included the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 1:47.93, the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:14.54, and the 200-yard IM with a time of 1:59.92. Junior Ben Robinson (Sinking Spring, PA) also took first in three events in which included the 1000-yard freestyle the 200-yard butterfly and the 500-yard freestyle.

Junior Ben Hartke placed second in two events as well as contributing to the first place finish of the 200-yard medley relay. Freshman Anthony Randall and freshman Kevin Donlevy both swam on both first place finishing relay teams, the 200-yard medley relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay.

The women's team recorded 14 seasonal-best times against the Terriers. Senior Catherine Grise (Chicopee, Mass.) took first place in the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 25.53. Sophomore Katherine Mason (West Springfield, Mass.)took third in the 200-yard freestyle and fourth in the 100-yard butterfly for the Rams.
