2005-2006 (Junior):
Started off the season with times of 2:03.58 in the 200 Individual Medley, 2:19.64 in the 200 Breaststroke (vs. Providence 11/2), and 1:49.31 in the 200 Freestyle (vs. Springfield 11/12)... At the Harold Anderson Invitational on 12/3 he was a member of the third place 200 Freestyle Relay, fourth place 200 Medley Relay, and second place 400 Freestyle Relay... As an individual competitor he took home two fourth place finishes in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 1:51.62 and the 200 Breaststroke with a time of 2:20.71... At the R.I. Invitational he swam legs in the both the 400 Medley Relay which placed 6th and the 400 Freestyle Relay which finished seventh... He also placed seventh in the 200 IM (2:03.39), eighth in the 100 Breaststroke (1:03.95), and ninth in the 500 Freestyle (5:06.66)... At the Atlantic 10 Championships he had three season best times: in the 200 Freestyle event he clocked in at 1:45.11, and was able to secure two 16th place finishes in both the 200 Breaststroke and 200 I.M. with times of 2:12.64 and 1:57.65.

2004-2005 (Sophomore):
Took 1st place in the 200 breaststroke in 2:16.21.....2nd in the 1000 freestyle 10:20.71...3rd in the 200 individual medley 2.00.92 against Boston College.

Belleview High School:
Was named captain of team his sophomore, junior and senior year...Finished 8th in the 500-meter freestyle in 2002...Finished 12th in the 200 freestyle in 2001 and 2002... Holds the record for the 200-meter IM for Belleview High.

John Allan Proctor was born on March 14, 1985 to Hap and Jane Proctor...Majoring in History...Has worked on his father's farm as a farm hand.
