Moore will coach the divers on both the men's and women's teams.
The Seekonk, Mass.-native was the 2002 Division III National Champion on the 1-meter board and finished second on the 3-meter board to be named Diver of the Year. Moore was one of the top divers in Division III throughout her four-year career, finishing second in the nation on the 1-meter board her freshman, sophomore and junior years and taking second in the 3-meter dive three times.
Moore won the New England title in the 3-meter dive in 1999 and placed second in the 1-meter. As a sophomore in 2000, she won the 10 meter dive and took second on the 3-meter board.
She was a New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference champion on the 3-meter board in 1999, 2000 and 2001, finishing second in 2002. Moore won the conference title in the 1-meter dive in 2000 and 2002, finishing second in 1999 and 2001. She was named Diver of the Meet at the NEWMAC Conference Championships in both 2000 and 2002.
In high school Moore finishied third in the state of Massachusetts in 1996 and took fourth in 1997.
Before coming to Rhode Island, Moore served as an assistant coach for the Springfield Area Diving Club and the Grist Mill Pool and Tennis Club. Updated Sept. 23, 2011
