The 6-3 guard closed out his playing career by setting a new URI and Atlantic 10 mark for career 3-pointers with 361. His 118 trifectas this season also set a new Rhody single-season mark. Baron holds the top three single-season 3-point records in school history.

Others who will be competing in the contest are: Oakland's Erik Kangas (135 3FG in 2008-09), Creighton's Booker Woodfox (86), Grinnell College's (Div. The event is being produced by Intersport, a Chicago-based media group, and will be televised by ESPN on a tape-delayed basis later that evening at 9 p.m. It will be re-aired on ESPN on Apr. 3 at 3 a.m. ET, Apr. 4 at 1 p.m., and Apr. 14 at 7 p.m.
