ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. -- On Saturday afternoon, Rhode Island will travel to Western New York to take on St. Bonaventure in an Atlantic 10 road game.

Tip off at the Reilly Center is set for 2 p.m. and the game can be seen live locally on Cox Sports Television, with Noah Coslov and John Griffin providing the call. Other television clearances: Time Warner SportsNet Buffalo, Olean, Rochester.

Rhode Island (20-6; 8-5 A-10) has been off from competition for the past week. The Rams snapped a three-game losing streak on Feb. 20, downing Fordham, 101-75, at the Thomas M. Ryan Center. Akeem Richmond led URI with 20 points (5-9 3FG), while Lamonte Ulmer and Will Martell added 18 points each. The 101 points tied a single-game season high.

St. Bonaventure (12-14; 5-8 A-10) are winners of two straight, downing Fordham, 73-68, in the Bronx on Feb. 24. Jonathan Hall poured in a game-high 24 points on 10-of-17 shooting from the floor to lead the Bonnies. Chris Matthews added 12 points while Malcolm Eleby added 10 points in the win.

For the season, head coach Mark Schmidt's squad is led by Andrew Nicholson. One of the top newcomers in the Atlantic 10 a season ago, the 6-9 forward is averaging 16.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. The Mississauga, Ontario native is also the team's top shot blocker (1.8 bpg).

Hall (13.3 ppg) and Matthews (11.8 ppg) are also averaging double figures in the scoring column for the season. Eleby's 3.8 assists per outing is tops for Bonaventure.

Saturday's game is the lone regular season matchup between the Rams and Bonnies. URI has won six of the last seven meetings between the two schools and holds a 33-22 all-time lead in the series. Since coming to Kingston after serving in the same capacity at SBU from 1992-2001, Jim Baron is 9-3 versus his alma mater.

Fans can also tune into all the action on the Beltone New England Rams Radio Network, with Steve McDonald and Don Kaull live on WHJJ 920 AM. The Cox pre-game show begins at 1:30 p.m.
