Recorded 69 strikeouts, including two double-digit strikeout games: April 17 vs. Saint Joseph's, threw 12 strikeouts in 9.0 innings, also allowing six hits; May 8 against Massachusetts, grabbed 10 strikeouts in 9.0 innings, also allowing six hits, one run and one earned run... On May 1 vs. Temple, had nine strikeouts in 9.0 innings... Named Atlantic-10 Pitcher of the Week on April 18... Earned Atlantic-10 Second Team honors... Marist College:
Combined for a 4-8 record in 25 appearances (20 starts) throughout his freshman and sophomore years at Marist... Struck out 35 batters and walked 17 in 2008... Tossed complete game five-hitter at Rider, allowing just one run, on March 30, 2008... Struck out 34 with just 12 walks as a freshman.

High School:
Was a member of the baseball, hockey and football teams at St. Johns Prep... Helped lead his team to the 2005 and 2006 Division 1 North Championship titles... Earned D1 North MVP honors as well as his team's Coach's Award... Also was a Boston Herald and Salem Evening News All-Scholastic Team selection.
