Recorded a hit, two runs scored and a walk against Xavier on Feb. 22... Recorded his first collegiate home run along with two RBI and a stolen base in a 10-6 win over Duquesne on Feb. 28... Had a hit, a run scored, and a stolen base against Fairfield on March 2...Recorded two RBI and a run in URI's 8-6 win over No. 25 Ohio State on March 6... Went 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI against No. 4 Cal State Fullerton on March 13... Reached base three times - on two walks and a hit - while adding an RBI against No. 4 Cal State Fullerton on March 15... Was 2-for-2 with a run in a win at No. 11 Oklahoma State on March 15... Was a member of the baseball, hockey and golf teams at Quincy High School... Captained the baseball and golf teams his senior year... Was a two-time All-Star selection and earned All-Scholastic honors as a senior... Also was a member of the National Honor Society from 2006-08 and served as NHS secretary.
