Entry #3 - January 30, 2012

Hello All,

This last week has been pretty trying for the Rhode Island baseball team as temperatures outside have topped out around 20 degrees, accompanied by three inches of snow and only more to come. Let me tell you this: There is nothing glamorous about attempting to field ground balls on the "rich mahogany" of East Gym.

What it comes down to, though, is how bad you want it. How each and every member of our team is going to get up for practicing inside everyday. One thing is for sure, its not easy – and it is making three short weeks until opening day at Florida State seem a lot longer.
