Who Will Be Coming to Kingston?

KINGSTON, R.I. – The 64-team NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship field will be unveiled tonight as part of ESPN’s Selection Monday Special Show.

The selection show will air on ESPN tonight at 7 p.m. All 63 games in the tournament will air on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN360.com.

The University of Rhode Island will be a major part of the excitement as it is hosting the East Regional, meaning one of the spots in the Final Four will be determined in the Ryan Center. The Sweet 16 and Elite Eight rounds will be played in the Ryan Center on Sunday, March 25 and Tuesday, March 27, respectively.

With that in mind, Rhode Island fans will be watching for tonight’s pairings to see which of the country’s elite teams will be vying for the chance to come to Rhode Island.

Fans can be part of the action by ordering tickets for the East Regional on GoRhody.com. There are all-session and single-session packages available. Order online or by calling the Ryan Center Box Office at 401.874.7267. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the box office, which is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
