1) Team Allocations: The RIRAA made allocations to football, men's basketball, women's basketball, men's soccer, swimming, the athletic director and golf.

2) Hall of Fame Banquet: The RIRAA sponsored the annual URI Athletics Hall of Fame dinner and induction held in the Ryan Center.

3) All Sports Banquet: The RIRAA sponsored the 1st annual All Sports Banquet held at the Ryan Center. For the first time, all student athletes were invited to the year end banquet, held to honor the accomplishments of the student athletes.

4) Bond Referenda Advertising: The RIRAA provided funds to help with the advertising for the URI Bond referendums.

5) A10 Championship Rings: The RIRAA covered the costs of 50% of the following teams championship rings: Men's Golf; Men's Track and Field and Women's Track and Field.

6) Pride in URI Night: The RIRAA and URI Alumni Association co-sponsored Pride in URI Night at McCoy Stadium in August 2004.

7) Lights at the Football Practice field: The RIRAA provided funds to help finish the installation of additional lights at the URI Football practice field.

8) Women's Rowing Truck: The RIRAA provided funds to help purchase a truck for the women's rowing team to pull its shells.

9) Men's and Women's Basketball Special Events: The RIRAA hosted pre and port game receptions at selected men's and women's basketball games.

10) Student-Athlete Scholarships: The RIRAA allocated funds for 2 student-athlete scholarships worth $1,000 each.

11) Student-Athlete Cookout: The RIRAA sponsored the annual student-athlete cookout held in early May with 250 student-athletes and staff attending.

12) Football Restricted Earning Coach: The RIRAA helped pay for a restricted earnings coach for the football team.

13) T-shirts for URI - St Joseph's Men's Basketball Game: The RIRAA, URI Alumni Association and the URI Bookstore purchased 1,500 shirts to distribute at the nationally televised URI-St. Joseph's men's basketball game.
